me in my journey into the baking world. This confession nook will
contain mostly dessert ventures with an occasional sprinkle of meal
recipes. After all, not all, unlike us, can live on desserts alone, can they? :)
Let
me tell you something about myself. I was a disaster in the kitchen. Up
until May of this year, I've never operated an oven, much less whisk
anything other than eggs.
On
December 2011, I quit my job, got married last March, and due to sheer
boredom of being a housewife (which was my ultimate dream job), decided
to see if I can manage to not burn down the kitchen and whip up
something baked.
Countless
of cookie and cupcake recipes later, I am here to tell you that a
previous kitchen disaster can actually turn into a nouveau baker after
all. :)
